Just thought to share with you the pictures of my ever first piece of antique furnitures I bought for my house when I was in my early twenties. These two chairs are quite special to me and when I bought them there were old but fairly in good coditions. Had them for few years till I decided to do an upholstery course to do them up. My first experience of taking up an upholstery course was one whole intensive week with Cherry Dobson author of the book ” The upholstery bible” in Somerset.I really enjoyed my stay in her beautiful cottage and not only I had a wonderful time in Somerset but managed to upholster my two precious chairs as well. Here is the before & after pictures.
